Chef Robert of Cafe Provence, Brandon, Vermont offers cooking classes using classic French techniques on most Mondays. Many know him from his frequent TV cooking appearances on WCAX, Vermont's Channel 3. Now you and a friend can attend a cooking class with one night's lodging at The Lilac Inn for a special rate.
